Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Innovate More LLC ("Innovate More", "we", "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company located in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. We operate this website and the Kepty application ("Kepty"). Questions about this policy go to info@innovatemore.ai.

2. What we collect

Account information. Your name, email address, business name and login details when you create a Kepty account.
Financial account data. When you connect a bank or card account, we receive account names, account types, balances, transaction history (up to 24 months) and, for credit accounts, statement balances and payment due dates. We receive this data through Plaid (see section 3). We do not receive or store your bank login credentials.
Optional connections. If you connect a payment processor or advertising account, we receive the sales, fee, refund, payout and spend data those services make available through their APIs.
Usage data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time of your requests, used to keep the service secure and working.

3. Plaid

Kepty uses Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to connect your financial accounts. When you link an account, you grant Innovate More and Plaid the right, power and authority to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your financial institution. Access is read-only. Plaid's handling of your data is governed by the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any account at any time from Kepty settings, which removes our access through Plaid, and you can manage Plaid connections at my.plaid.com.

4. How we use data

To display your own financial picture: cash on hand, categorized income and costs, recurring charges, unusual charges and projections.
To categorize and enrich transactions, including with the help of automated and AI-based processing performed on our behalf by service providers.
To send you the summaries and alerts you turn on.
To operate, secure and improve the service, and to respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with data brokers or advertisers. We do not use your financial data for advertising.

5. Who we share data with

Service providers that host our infrastructure, process transactions for categorization, deliver email and provide analytics. They may use your data only to provide services to us.
Plaid, as described in section 3.
People you authorize, such as other administrators of your Kepty workspace or an accountant you invite.
Legal requirements, when required by law, subpoena or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
Business transfers, if Innovate More is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256). Access tokens are stored in an encrypted secrets store. Access to production systems is limited to personnel who need it and is logged. Our systems are hosted in the United States. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect any financial account at any time, which stops further data collection for that account. You can delete your workspace from settings or by emailing us, after which we delete your data within 30 days, except for records we must keep to comply with legal obligations.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@innovatemore.ai. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA through the same address; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

9. Cookies

This website and Kepty use only cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
