Terms of Service

Effective date: September 22, 2026. Applies to innovatemore.ai and to Kepty, a product of Innovate More LLC.

1. The service

Kepty is a read-only financial dashboard for businesses. It displays and organizes information from accounts you choose to connect. Kepty does not initiate payments or transfers, does not provide credit, and does not hold funds.

2. Your account and your accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business whose accounts you connect. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everyone you invite to your workspace. You may disconnect any financial account at any time.

3. No financial, tax or legal advice

Kepty presents information to help you understand your numbers. Categories, projections and flags are generated automatically and may contain errors. Nothing in the service is financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Confirm figures with your records and your accountant before relying on them.

4. Acceptable use

You may not connect accounts you are not authorized to access, attempt to access other customers' data, interfere with the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Fees

If a paid plan applies, fees are stated at signup and billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

6. Data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovate More LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on information shown in the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
